We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue, or advertising results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information required to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Life Expeditions is not responsible for delays, performance issues, or inaccuracies caused by incomplete data, delayed approvals, restricted ad accounts, or third-party platform limitations. Clients must ensure that their products, services, and advertisements comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and industry regulations.
Payments and Fees
All fees for services are agreed upon in advance through written communication, proposals, or contracts. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from Life Expeditions’ service fees and remains the sole responsibility of the client.
No Guarantee of Results
While we use proven strategies, data-driven methods, and industry best practices, Life Expeditions does not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales volume, lead quantity, return on ad spend, or conversion rates. Digital marketing performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and customer behavior.
Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, content, and documentation created by Life Expeditions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered materials solely for their own business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content, strategy, or proprietary framework is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Life Expeditions may utilize third-party platforms, tools, and services such as advertising networks, analytics tools, and automation software. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or performance issues caused by third-party services. Clients acknowledge that these platforms operate independently and under their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Life Expeditions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding billing period.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any agreed notice period or contractual obligations. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and access to active campaigns, tools, or materials may be restricted. Termination does not waive any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
